SimplyPerio Test

This test evaluates the presence and levels of 11 oral bacteria linked to gum disease and tooth decay. Additionally, it screens for yeast and viruses, such as Epstein-Barr, Cytomegalovirus, Herpes Simplex 1, and 2, which can exacerbate gum disease. Studies indicate that many of these microorganisms can also contribute to various systemic illnesses. Along with your test, you will receive a Medical and Dental History questionnaire to complete. Test results will include an interpretation guide and an option for personal consultation for an additional fee.
